Candice Chambers, MSN, APRN-FPA, FNP-C

Candice is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner with 18 years of clinical experience. Her background in Emergency and Family Medicine allows her to offer specialized and evidence-based care to improve patient outcomes. Candice received her undergraduate education from Prairie State College where she obtained her Assocciate degree in Nursing. She went on to obtain her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Governors State University. After that, she elevated her education by completing Master of Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner, from University of St. Francis. Candice has a deep understanding of patient needs and the importance of holistic care.
